Columbia Bancorp (Nasdaq:CBBO) Board of Directors approved payment of $.09 per share quarterly dividend, payable January 31, 2005.


Crates Point Building in the port area of The Dalles, held a grand-opening in December. Farm Credit Services is the first tenant of the building, which sits just a few feet from the Columbia River along the Riverfront Trail.

  
  

Columbia River Bank promotes Shawn P. Carroll, formerly Vice President and Branch Manager for the bank's Canby, OR branch, to Senior Vice President and the Gorge Region Manager. In addition to branch management duties at The Dalles Branch, Shawn will also oversee the day-to-day operations of The Dalles Westside and Hood River, OR branches as well as the Goldendale and White Salmon, WA branches. Shawn has been with Columbia River Bank since 2000.
