Oral Surgeon Practice Coming to The Dalles

Oral surgeons Dr. Henry Windell and Dr. Russell Lieblick have leased space in the new Crates Building, located at the Port of The Dalles. They will be opening "Gorge Oral Maxillofacial" there in July. In the interim, they have negotiated a purchase of Columbia Oral & Maxillofacial, currently located near the hospital. Dr. Windell and Dr. Lieblick will begin staffing the current facility, at 1810 E. 19th St. until their new office space is available.

Dr. Windell used to be a partner in the Columbia Oral facility from 1994 to 1998. He open his own practice in Gresham in 1998.

"It appears that The Dalles is turning around," said Windell. He's also been more business from the gorge, which garnered his attention.

Gorge Oral Maxillofacial offers dental extractions, dental implants, trauma and reconstructive surgery.

"The office will be open five days a week, stated Windell. A surgeon will be in the office as needed, probably two to three days a week in the beginning. Windell and Lieblick will continue their practice in Gresham as well.
