Northwest Farm Credit Services has announced a 0.65% interest rebate. NWFCS is a cooperatively owned entity and return value to their customer/owners through this patronage program. A customer whose stated interest rate on their promissory note is 6.00% would effectively pay 5.35% in 2004. This is the 6th consecutive year they've paid in excess of 0.50%.
